The Live Nation Entertainment Board of Directors is the central governing body responsible for setting corporate policy, technological standards, and commercial strategy for Ticketmaster. Established as a corporate board structure following the 2010 merger between Ticketmaster and Live Nation, the committee holds a unique, highly influential position at the intersection of live event promotion, venue management, digital ticketing infrastructure, and consumer financial transaction security. The committee’s core mandate is to maintain operational stability across primary distribution networks, safeguard digital transactions against illicit network disruption, and manage corporate strategy surrounding the secondary ticket marketplace. Unlike intergovernmental bodies that issue treaties or non-binding resolutions, this corporate committee exercises direct institutional control over proprietary software development, contract terms with venue operators, and secondary resale platform policies.

Alice Zhu | Director

A junior at Crofton House School, Alice is thrilled to serve as the Director of Ticketmaster at CAHSMUN 2027. With three years of Model UN experience under her belt, Alice has learned to read all kinds of handwriting and project her voice to reach the back of any committee room. A special place in her heart will forever be reserved for the diplomacy and connection that MUN has brought her. Whether seasoned or new, Alice hopes all delegates will seize the opportunities for diplomacy and friendship. Outside the committee room, Alice can be found preparing for speech tournaments, listening to her extensive music collection, and gaming. She looks forward to meeting all the delegates at CAHSMUN 2027!

Ava Manyal | Chair

A Senior at York House School, Ava is beyond excited to serve as a chair for the Ticketmaster committee at CAHSMUN. Over the past four years, MUN has become the most memorable part of her high school experience. Whether it's racing up the stairs to get to her committee room or getting caught up in debate, Ava has enjoyed every minute of it. Lucky to have worked with welcoming and supportive Dais teams, she hopes to bring that same energy to Ticketmaster and create a committee where every delegate feels comfortable contributing. Outside of MUN, Ava is probably baking cookies or catching up on the most recent episode of her favourite podcast. She cannot wait to meet all the Ticketmaster delegates and is looking forward to a weekend of debate, fun, and lots of memorable moments!

Olivia Smiley | Chair

Olivia, a current junior at Little Flower Academy, is delighted to serve as your chair for the Ticketmaster committee at CAHSMUN 2027. Since her MUN journey began, Olivia has grown to enjoy the long debate sessions that are often filled with controlled chaos, lasting debates, and unforgettable memories. Olivia has truly appreciated all the connections she has made because of MUN and implores other delegates to do the same. Olivia strives to create an environment where both new and experienced delegates feel welcomed and inspired to share their ideas and opinions. When Olivia isn’t making iced coffee, she can often be found figure skating, planning things with friends, building LEGO (she is a proud owner of most botanical sets) and hunting for new jewelry pieces. Olivia looks forward to meeting the delegates and is excited for the productive and rewarding debates to come at this iteration of CAHSMUN 2027!
