Step One: Before delegates can register for CAHSMUN 2026, their school’s sponsor teacher or head delegate must register their school or organization (called a “delegation”) first. All delegates attending CAHSMUN must be part of a delegation (school, debate academy, or community organization). Delegates are not permitted to register independent of a delegation.

Step Two: The primary contact (the sponsor teacher or head delegate) for the delegation will receive an email confirming their registration, typically within 48 hours of submitting the School Registration form.

Step Three: After their school registration has been processed, delegates will be able to register for CAHSMUN 2026 through CAHSMUN Delegate Registration form by selecting their school when prompted.

Delegates will receive their committee and country assignment through the email that they provide. Sponsor teachers and head delegates will have access to school-specific lists containing the assignment status of students in their delegation.

Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes and mandatory fees. Delegate registration includes two nights in quadruple occupancy hotel rooms.

*Demand for CAHSMUN 2026 is very high. Registration will close once we reach capacity. We encourage you to register early to avoid potential disappointment.

Since our inception, CAHSMUN has always stood by the belief that all delegates should be able to fully participate in Model United Nations. Over the past decade, CAHSMUN has proudly provided over $100,000 in financial assistance through need-based bursaries.

For eligible delegates, we provide bursaries to cover up to 100% of the registration fee. For eligible schools, we provide bursaries to cover up to 100% of one chaperone room.

October 3, 2025 to January 20, 2026: 100% refund on registration fees
January 21, 2026 to February 15, 2026: 50% refund on registration fees
February 16, 2026 onward: No refund on registration fees

We are proud to have the most generous refund policy among local conferences, which we carefully balance with our principal objective to keep registration fees affordable. We are a small non-profit and due to our non-refundable deposits and contractual obligations to other vendors, please understand we are unable to make exceptions for any reason, including visa issues, travel disruptions, and personal emergencies.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and will provide you with the required documentation to submit a claim.

Please email delegates@cahsmun.org to cancel your registration. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed by your bank within 5-10 business days.
