Step One: Please ensure that the school registration form has been filled out by either the school’s sponsor teacher, or as the head delegate. If your school does not have a Model UN club and you wish to sign up as an Independent delegate, please contact us at for further arrangements.

Step Two: The primary contact of the given school will receive an email within 48 hours of the form's submission to confirm its approval. Once processed, the school's name will appear on the Delegate Registration form - regular delegates are asked to register for the conference under their school name.

The primary contact will also receive access to a Google spreadsheet with the school's country assignments.

Step Three: Delegates will then be able to register for CAHSMUN 2018 through the delegate registration form below.

Please note that all country assignments will be made available to the primary school contact. The head delegate or sponsor teacher is responsible for regularly checking the spreadsheet and updating delegates as assignments become available.

Since our inception in 2004, our mandate has always been that no delegate should be barred from Model United Nations because of financial challenges, and we’ve worked to lift those barriers every year. CAHSMUN has proudly provided over $25,000 in financial aid subsidies and waivers over the past 5 years to delegates all around the world, meeting 100% of need.

Until December 31st, 2017: 100% refund on registration fees
Until January 31st, 2018: 50% refund on registration fees
Beyond February 1st, 2018: No refund

Refunds are issued by cheque and mailed through Canada Post. An administrative fee will apply to all refund requests.  

Our refund policy is in place to help keep delegate costs low and ensure that an accurate number of materials and hotel rooms are reserved for the conference. Please email to initiate a refund request. 




Rooming: This year, CAHSMUN will only be offering quad-occupancy rooming for delegates at the conference. For schools with policies that do not allow students to room with students from other schools, a small fee may be levied to upgrade to a triple occupancy room. 

Payment by cheque: Select the "cheque payment" option upon completion of the Delegate Registration form and email for further instructions. Please note that your registration will not be processed until your cheque has been received.
